Tidytown "Complete"
Unlimited funds, most research completed, fully functional prison with a mix of low and medium risk prisoners. Full house is about 155 inmates with room to grow.
Tidytown started as a minimum security facility, and after ‘testing’ it on soft prisoners, it’s now ready to introduce higher risk inmates. The population is currently around 40 medium & 110 low risk prisoners. It’s my favorite design so far, hope you like it! (For the 0-1 people that would actually read and try this thing)
