[WOTC] Only Haven Assaults
Disables the Terror Missions from base-game XCOM 2, making every Retaliation the new Haven Assault mission type! In other words, the mission where you run around collecting civilians is gone. All you’ll get is defending pockets of civilians with help from armed Resistance troopers!
Why did I do this? Because compared to the new Haven Assault gametype, the old Terror Mission gametype is complete garbage. Also, yes, I know, the preview image isn’t exactly top notch but I wanted to get this mod out to you guys as fast as possible once I realized making it was feasible.
Some users are reporting that their first Retaliation will be a random guerilla op if Lost and Abandoned is disabled, but all further Retaliations are Haven Assaults like they should be. If you don’t mind your first Retaliation being a guerrilla op (if you disable Lost and Abandoned) then you don’t need to do anything because all further missions after the first one will work correctly. If it really pisses you off, I recommend you disable this mod, then load a savegame before the Retaliation showed up and play the mission. Afterwards, you can enable the mod again.
UPDATE: The above paragraph’s problem has been TECHNICALLY fixed, as in I’ve tested it on my own machine and it works fine, BUT a few users are still reporting difficulties.
