Citizen Medic NPC
Citizen Medic adds 15 new citizens with a reskin of the base citizen texture, made by "lol pan". Since he is inactive now, I guess I won’t get any problems with the publication of his ragdolls in NPC form.
They have no special ability! They act like rebels. I might find a solution for that in the future. I was unable to make one slot for the 15 models, so they were seperated in 15 different ones.
