THIS ADDON REQUIRES VJ BASE TO GET WORK

These SNPCs from veteran_gamer’s mod, called SMOD: Outbreak.

Adds 3 SNPCs:

Metro Police
Combine Soldier
Combine Elite (TIP: He’s has 300 HP, as like in mod)

Also adds 8 weapons.
