Pack of the 2 most powerful tanks to ever be fielded in war

This pack is meant largely as a joke, but it was also a test at how quickly I could complete a Tank for Tabs
(for the record it was 2 tanks in about 7 or 8 Hours.)

Given this packs status as a Joke, it will not see content updates, at most I might have a bug fix or a slight rework, but expect no new content added to this pack.
