Thom’s Rental Dunder Mifflin and PP&S Company (Scranton, PA)
***This is an outdated version. The fixed version can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2421025739***
Rent: $272
This rental property includes both the Scranton Business Park building (with Dunder Mifflin office on 2F) and the Pennsylvania Paper and Supply Company building nearby. (Dunder Mifflin being the company from the TV series "The Office", and the PP&S being the the building shown in the first shot of the TV series’ title sequence.)
You start on the first floor in the storage closet. The Dunder Mifflin office is on the second floor directly above. It is set up with all the desks and basic furniture except for computers and chairs.
***For the PP&S building, only the exterior is modeled based on the real-life building. The interior is entirely fictional. It has a 2 story warehouse, many variously sized offices, 2 reception rooms, and several bathrooms.***

I noticed only a couple remakes of the TV series The Office’s floor plan on here, yet they were only of the office itself: no warehouse or the rest of the building. So here’s my attempt at recreating the whole Scranton Business Park building. It includes an entrance cafe, warehouse, Dunder Mifflin office, and several other empty offices you can use to expand your company in. I also made a few Easter eggs for fans.
—A few notes—
The TV set and the building in the show are very different, to the point where objects don’t logically match up in the show. So to make this blueprint work, I sacrificed some fidelity in some places in order to maintain the design. For example, the windows of the building don’t match what is seen on set. So I saved the overall building design by matching the windows externally rather than inside. There are other examples of this but this is the most obvious one.
I also had to make sacrifices based on the game’s design capabilities. For instance, the stairwell in the TV show’s floor plan is very large but in my design it is small. It doesn’t take much away from the look or functionality, but it is somewhat noticeable. Most of the sacrifices, much like the prior examples, are minimal.
The Dunder Mifflin office, building lobby, warehouse, and building exterior were modeled as close as I could to the "real" thing, the rest is not. I made up everything else to fill remaining space, but I tried making the other offices seem believable.
