Less Province Warscore Cost (-30%)

There was a request for a -30% province warscore cost mod instead of -80%. This change is not hugely different from the base game, which has an built-in -20% province warscore cost, so technically this mod only decreases warscore cost by -10%, but it is -30% in total. As for the oddly specific cost of releasing an annexed nation and vassal, I took the ratio of my first mod (8:5) and applied that here. Thanks for enjoying the mod!
This mod:
-Reduces warscore cost of all provinces to -30%
-Reduces warscore cost of vassalization to -30%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release an annexed nation by -18.75%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release a vassal by -18.75%
-Increases the overextension threshold from 100% to 150%
