Skirmisher Rebalance
Reworks some of the Skirmisher’s abilities and fixes a pretty bad bug too:
Specifically:
Fixes a bug with Battle Lord causing it to only proc on the first two actions on the enemy turn, and then ignoring the rest. (This mod’s config ini includes an option to disable all the rest below if you want to.)
Reflex is now always active once selected: you can always earn an action point every time a Skirmisher is shot at.
Parkour now provides a movement action point instead of being a 5% chance for a standard one: this means that a Skirmisher can relocate with a blue move and still shoot twice. (With the grapple, this allows for major relocations if needed.)
Also replaces the charges of Interrupt, Whiplash, and Battlelord with Cooldowns. Interrupt is three turns, Whiplash and Battlelord are five.
Also sets the Ionic Ripjack’s stun chance to 25% instead of always: it was insanely strong and wildly out of place to how the game handles stun effects XCOM can apply.
Localization is not affected by the toggle: you need to manually delete the included .int file of the mod.
