[TGR] TGM23 shunting locos

This pack contains shunting locomotives, which had been widely used in Soviet Union. TGM23 mostly had been working as a industrial locomotives, but sometimes they also used as a shunters.
TGM23 is a mass-produced Soviet diesel-hydraulic locomotive. They were created to replace the TGM1 locomotives.
TGM23A is an experimental shunting locomotive with new diesel engine.
TGM23B is the next modification of the TGM23 locos. It has less powerful diesel engine and some changes in cooling system.
TGM23V has new diesel engine, generaor and accums.
TGM23D is the last mass-producted modification of the TGM23 locos. It has new hydraulic transmission and better tractive effort.
