Morale Remastered
Change the Morale system to be less snowbally. Adds a mechanic where Morale is slowly drained every turn to represent the disorder of battle and keep Morale a relevant mechanic without it only impacting the loser in most cases.

A new mechanic is added called "Fatigue" which drains the Morale of every unit by 2 every turn
