Non-Canon Hobbits
Additional Hobbit cultures for use as custom adventurers, just made to get Hobbits to wear different fashion/clothes, non-canon, Angmar Hobbits of the cold north, slaves of the witch king. Rohan Hobbits who run with the horse lords and wear those spiffy Rohan clothes, Umbar Hobbits who raid the coasts.

welcome to suggest more hobbits or just take this mod, add it and upload it as your own. I just made it so I could play an angmar hobbit in a little black coat, uploaded because why not. welcome to do anything with it, except crimes if you can work how to crimes with it that’s a you problem.
