Starlow
Starlow from the Mario & Luigi series comes to Rivals of Aether to (metaphorically) lend a hand! As a representative of the Star Sprites, Starlow is a small, lightweight, fast character, making her quite evasive as an All-Rounder!

Neutral Special: Dream Beam!
Starlow fires a laser from her star to deal multihit damage before launching! Though it’s aimable, using it too much will cause it to shrink!
Side Special: Dive Attack!
Starlow performs a feint backwards before diving down and forwards, bouncing off of anything she rams into!
Up Special: Star Sprite Flight!
For a short time, Starlow can fly freely in any direction!
Down Special: Heart Lock!
Using Star Power and Wish Power, Starlow creates a heart in front of herself, trapping anyone caught in it for a limited time!
– Starlow has a crawl, float, and a second double jump!
– Thanks to how high she floats while standing, Starlow is able to walk or dash up small ledges!
– Due to her floaty nature, all of her aerials will continue onto the ground, and all of her grounded attacks can go off ledges to continue in the air!
