Reduces some lag by merging items together.
If you want to reroll items than it could get in your way, as you will have less items to reroll, but it helps if you duplicate a lot of items inside a single room
When merging two items, the merged item spawns at the position of the first item, this can lead to items being inacessible if you cant fly.
Items that get merged:
– Red Hearts
– Soul Hearts
– Bombs
– Keys
– Coins
Settings available in the mod config menu.

Known issues:
– It is possible to duplicate pickups if you collect them the same frame they merge.
– Shop pickups can be merged.
