This mod gives all players minor boosts to city yields and units. Gives a boost in early development. It is a cheat mod. The AI DO NOT GAIN THESE ADVANTAGES (Except maybe the amenities)
It is designed to give small bonuses to players. Works with all combination of DLCs.
