Description:

Adding more colonial cultures to spawn in colonial nations via the "Emergent Culture in the Colonies" event, like American or Brazilian in vanilla EU4.

BRITISH
– Australian (Oceania)
– South African (Southern Africa)

DUTCH/FLEMISH/FRISIAN
– Afrikaaner (in Southern Africa)
– Amerikaaner (North America)
– New Hollander (Oceania)
– New Flemish (South America, I am open to name requests that are more historical than this)

PORTUGUESE
– Lavradoran (North America)

SCANDINAVIAN
Vinlander (North America)

To-do:
Change names for some cultures, especially alternate history ones, I am unsure of names for this.
