Description:

Proxying the Royal Canadian Navy’s Iroquois Class destroyer, using a modified US Garcia class as a base model.

FEATURES:

– 2 x SH-3F Sea King helicopters stowed in enlarged hanger
– RIM-7M Sea Sparrow launcher concealed within the deckhousing
– 5 inch gun
– SQS-505 VDS and hull mounted sonar.
– Accurate radar installations

KNOWN ISSUES:
– Lack of Limbo ASW mortar (due to space on the stern of the model being at a premium – though I may return to add it later)
– The Canadian flag will only show on the ship model if you have the BETA branch enabled (as of 18/02/2025). Hopefully this will be brought through to the main release shortly. Thanks to ‘plasm@n’ for the tip and ‘ManeuverWarfare’ for pioneering the import technique on their FREMM frigate.
