此模组删除了高卢文明的Debuff：特色区域无法建在市中心旁边；此外高卢文明的矿山加4金币。
同时加强了高卢文明的文明能力和安比奥里克斯的领袖能力。将挪威的特色单位“狂暴武士”，大哥伦比亚的特色能力“爱国军”，祖鲁的特色区域“伊坎达”，马其顿的特色建筑“皇家学堂”和特色能力“希腊文化融合”给予高卢文明；将亚历山大的领袖能力“直到世界尽头”，恰卡的领袖能力“伊布托”和苏莱曼（立法者）的特色单位“苏丹亲兵”给予安比奥里克斯。
此外，“披甲战士”仍然可以训练。
