此模组加强了女刚果的领袖能力和文明能力，将阇耶跋摩七世的领袖能力“国王的修道院”，雅德维加德的领袖能力“立陶宛联邦”，松迪亚塔的领袖能力“”索格伦给予女刚果，将高棉的特色建筑“高棉庙堂”，希腊的特色区域“卫城”，俄罗斯的特色区域“拉夫拉修道院”和马里的特色建筑“曼丁哥市场”给予刚果文明。

与此同时，此模组删除了女刚果的Debuff，特色区域“卫城”也可以建立在平原上。
