Elite Alien Grunt is an improved version of the normal Alien Grunt, it is larger, it has increased melee damage, and it is also able to throw Snark Nest.
Melee Alien Grunts have no weapons, so they can only deal melee damage.
Be careful with Alien Grunt Pods, the slightest damage can break them and you will have an additional enemy.
