Norsca and Chaos unit pack English Patch

Inspired by the mod Talismans of the Dark Gods( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2869080193&searchtext=Talismans+of+the+Dark+Gods ). Adds unit upgrades to norsca units and units of my mod.

Add two Legendary Hero for norsca, 『Shaggoth Born』Northkanlock for World Walkers, 『Varn Giant』Umurak for Wintertooth.
add 2 normal hero, a sorcerer (beasts) called Cataclyst, a missile agent called Nomadic Raider.
