Declare war with raised army

Declare war during activities（including travel）

Declare war in debt

Declare war with an incompetent traitor

Declare war on those who have a strong foothold in you

Declare war on your tributary of suzerain status or higher

Declare war on your lord’s tributary

Declare war without a CB

Declare war on members of confederation

Declare war on the ruler of the adventurer’s camp location

Only the character_interaction was modified, and its effects can be overridden by CBs, interface, etc.
