isaac propeller hat + lollipop lelelelele
new version gives hat to only isaac instead the whole cast wow
gives isaac + tainted a propeller hat and lollipop and makes them awesome. lollipop shows up in walking animation and emotes.
also emote sprites (e.g the ones for pickups and using items) for specifically normal isaac might not work at the start of the run until you get items. i gots no idea how to fix that
