Combine Small Tools

Mod has been redesigned slightly to achieve greater parity with my other mod: Combine Large Tools as well as vanilla recipes/balance, for further details see the change notes.
Features —
Adds the Multitool+ item, which can be obtained by upgrading a vanilla multitool, or by crafting it from scratch. Two modules are included:
- Arcade mode where the Multitool+ is unbreakable, and can be simply crafted by combining the requisite tools at any surface.
- Realistic mode where the Multitool+ has balanced durability and requires metalworking skill and a forge to create from scratch, or slightly less metalworking skill to upgrade a multitool into one at any surface.
The Multitool+ combines the functionality of a Knife, Bottle Opener, Can Opener, Corkscrew, Screwdriver, Pliers, Knapping tool, Sewing Needle, Hand Drill, Medical Shears, Awl, Spoon, Fork, Vise Grips, Small file set, and Small punch set.
(Note: due to limitations with the b42 crafting system, the Multitool+ can only serve as a single tool at once for a crafting menu action)
