BUZZARD Modernized
A modernized rebirth of the vanilla Buzzard attack plane. The turboprop engine has been replaced with a powerful turbofan, it is not buzzing anymore. Equipped with an HMD, radar, RWR, and guided missiles.
Displayed on the left side of the MFD, the RWR detects enemy sensors and threats. Symbology:
- A: Air Radar
- G: Sea or Ground Surface Radar
- S: MANPADS
- M: Missile (Also displayed on the HMD)
- Circle: Possible Lock
- Diamond: Primary Threat
Displayed on the right side of the MFD. Blue for friendlies and red for enemies. It is NOT tied to the Eagle vs. Raven colors.
The standard HUD has been replaced with an advanced HMD. Most weapons support look-and-shoot targeting. Similar to the F-35, the HMD allows you to "see through" the aircraft in night vision mode.
The aircraft automatically begins repairs after avoiding damage for awhile.
