+1 Energy from Trade Depots.
Immediately upgrades all owned Roads to Magrail.
Yield from internal City Trade Routes increased by 50%.
Requires a Trade Depot in all Cities. Cannot be Sold.
Dominion Temple (Rising Tide only)
