KCD_ Kingdom Come

This mod modifies the names of Baronies/Counties to the names used in Kingdom Come Deliverance.
I tried to determine their exact location as much as possible, but I was limited by the current map layout. If you have any suggestions to add/modify, just post. (I’m sure a lot of adjustments are needed)
I plan to add the more major characters but this is also limited by the number of Counties.

Tento mod upravuje názvy Baronstiev/Hrabstiev na názvy použité v hre Kingdom Come Deliverance.
V rámci možností som sa snažil určiť ich presnú polohu ale bol som obmedzovaný aktuálnym rozložením mapy. V prípade akýchkoľvek návrhov na pridanie/upravenie stačí napísať. (Som presvedčený že je potrebných veľa úprav)
Plánujem pridať tie hlavnejšie postavy ale to je taktiež obmedzené počtom Hrabstiev.
