Escape From Tarkov Backpacks [B42]
This mod currently brings 13 backpacks from Escape from Tarkov into Project Zomboid:
- Small Tactical Sling Bag – 6 Capacity 85% Weight Reduction. Unlike other backpacks, this one can be worn in Front, freeing your back for Other one,
- MBSS Backpack – 16 Capacity, 90% Weight Reduction,
- LBT-1476A 3Day Pack – 25 Capacity, 82% Weight Reduction,
- RK-PT-25 Backpack – 25 Capacity, 82% Weight Reduction,
- Pillbox Backpack – 20 Capacity, 85% Weight Reduction,
- Berkut Backpack – 20 Capacity, 85% Weight Reduction,
- Oakley Mechanism Backpack – 32 Capacity, 80% Weight Reduction,
- RUSH100 Backpack -32 Capacity, 80% Weight Reduction,
- 6sh118 Raid Backpack -46 Capacity, 80% Weight Reduction,
- Beta 2 Backpack -30 Capacity, 82% Weight Reduction,
- F5 Switchblade Backpack -30 Capacity, 82% Weight Reduction,
- Camelbak Tri-Zip Backpack, -30 Capacity, 82% Weight Reduction,
- 3V Gear Paratus Backpack -35 Capacity, 81% Weight Reduction,
Backpacks can be found in logical locations or crafted if you find Magazines (Currently 2, One for up to 25 Capacity, others for Bigger) or have sufficient Tailoring skill (and Maintenance for some of Backpacks).Most Backpacks support attaching Sleepingbag to them. More bags will be added in future updates, but there’s already enough to carry your precious loot!
I would love to hear your thoughts about balance of those backpacks and potential tweaks to achieve acceptable balance.
Comments/reports saying that mod does not work / crashes the game ect, will not be considered and replied to, if not properly explained, by that i mean :
- Explain what happend,
- What Item caused it if possible,
- Provide console.txt after crash if possible,
Information about mod:
- Can be used in ongoing saves aswell as be removed,
- Should work without issues with other backpack/clothing mods, if that however is not the case, do report it to me,
- I will add more backpacks, however i don’t aim to make every single backpack from EFT,
- I myself won’t be adding any kind of support to Noris attachments, or other similar mods. IT is quite time consuming and i don’t even use such mods. Anyone is free to make addon to add support for such mods,
- I won’t be making B41 version. B41 was great, but making mods work for both version not only increases size of mods, but makes things easy to mess up, which can result in people losing their backpacks and loot inside,
There will be separate mod for B41, B42 will still be a priority.
