Easy Leader Slot Ids (BASE)
This mod serves as a base for allowing other mods to use whatever 382×512 sized png files they want at any ID from LEADER_41 to LEADER_254.
PLAYERS: This mod base should ALWAYS be BELOW any leader portrait mods on the list or else those slots will not be correctly replaced leading to all custom leaders being that same placeholder image.
