LotR: RiE – Holier Holy Wars makes holy wars holier by restricting them to being declared against people your faith finds Evil, so no more Hostile A People Apart faiths getting caught in the crossfire of the great cosmic struggle between good and evil!
(Apart from when a dark-aligned faction uses a conquest CB they often have access to against them)
Do note that this effectively bans A People Apart faiths from declaring any Holy Wars at all. A small price to pay for noticeably reducing bordergore in my opinion.
