Only your spouse and children will not be kicked. Costs merely 1 prestige.
also an interaction that will instantly allow you to imprison guests(except children).
I tried to make it so guests didn’t show up at all or were kicked as well but it appears for game mechanics they have to show up every month. Couldn’t find a workaround for this.
