Earlier Gendarmes
Moves the Valets technology, which unlocks the Gendarmes Men at Arms unit, from the Late Medieval Era to the High Medieval Era.
This is mostly a balance change, as the vanilla state makes it so that they are impossible to obtain until the very late game, well past when you would need them. Their current place in the tech tree is especially ludicrous considering they are statistically almost identical to Cataphracts, unlocked from the beginning of the game. Thus this doubly makes them more useful since you will be able to get them quickly in the 1178 start date and not long after gamestart in 1066.
Incompatible with any mods that modify "00_cultural_maa_innovations.txt"
