In effect it is the reverse of that Ideology Precept. Provides bonuses to colonies who are cutting trees. Otherwise does not.
Has two tiers called:
– Approved
– Desired
Provides hefty bonuses. Changes what World Camps that may appear. Very few negatives, bonuses last a while. In the future, may provide some negatives.
