Transform perk points into skills

Just making the original mod usable again.
The purpose is to use the perk points given by lifestyle after completing the 27 skill points.
2025/5/5 update, now you can transform wandering lifestyle perk points into skills/prestige/piety/money. (It should have been changed in the previous game version 1.15.*, but I am a lazy dog.)
