Description:

This mod serves to finish updating recruitment tiers across the factions CA has not yet given a pass in Warhammer 3. Hero and unit availability have been changed to match the standard set with Thrones of Decay and Omens of Destruction while having as little effect on building slot economy as possible. Units have been moved (largely) down in tiers based on their gold cost and general place in the associated roster.

Some factions have received light touches from CA already coming into TWW3 (Tomb Kings, Vampire Counts) and have only received minor changes from this mod; Tomb Kings in particularly only receiving a slight loosening of their army cap via tech. Other factions like the base TWW2 races, Bretonnia, Norsca, Vampire Coast, and Slaanesh have seen more extensive increases to their unit and hero availability. Specific changes can be found in the discussion thread.

This mod primarily touches tables related to building levels, building effects, and units allowed from those buildings. It should be compatible with anything that leaves vanilla buildings mostly untouched.
