I also matched these increases to the general leading the army.
Lastly, the secondary army and generals experience has been increased by 1 point for each type of victory.
Why?
I created this mod because I have only obtained rank 10 for an army once and after getting 200 turns into a new campaign, a rank 8 army was my highest. I think the armies should be able to rank to 10 in less than 100 battles, if it survives that long.
