IOV MOD : More Deploy Soldier

This MOD changes the required slots for all IOV units from 1 to 0.5, allowing two soldiers use single slot to deploy, similar to SWAT militia.

Meanwhile, the SWAT militia’s slot requirement has been adjusted from 0.5 to 0.25, which means four militia soldiers will now use one slot.

Additionally, the unit size of Rangers, CIA, and SWAT in the vanilla game has been expanded:

the CIA now operates at a squad-level scale,

while Rangers and SWAT have been upgraded to a platoon-level scale,

requiring players to recreate their squads.
