Jumpman
It’s Jumpman, the Brave Carpenter.
He ain’t here to save his lady, he’s just here for a good fightin’. And fight he will, using various techniques seen in his arcade games: the Donkey Kong Trilogy, Jumpman Bros. and Wrecking Crew. Unfortunately, on account of not being in a game since 1985, he hasn’t exactly caught on to all these new fangled techniques like: crouching, double jumping, directional air dodge, forward specials, wave dashing, dash attacks, ect.
Neutral Special – Barrel Fall
Jumpman summons a barrel from the top of the screen, it will fall and roll. Watch out! Jumpman can get hit by the barrel too!
Up Special – Ladder
Jumpman climbs a ladder, the ladder increases in height as Jumpman climbs, when this attack ends, a platform is created at the ladder’s top. Anyone can scale up the ladder by pressing [UP].
Down Special – Oil Barrel
Jumpman drops an oil barrel, enemies caught below will become trapped! But they can break out.
If the oil barrel doesn’t catch anyone, however, it will stay there; if a wooden barrel hits its oil counterpart the oil barrel will summon a foxfire.
Jump Invincibility:
Whilst Jumpman’s movement capabilities are worse than most, he does have one trick up his sleeve! During the ascent of his jumps, he is totally invincible, it might be brief but it sure comes in handy.
