Mario 64 DS Peach’s Castle Beta (REUPLOAD)
This is not mine. I am just uploading this to the Steam Workshop for preservation, as I managed to save a copy of this addon during the false DMCA takedown fiasco that took place back in April of 2024. Unfortunately, the name of the original creator(s) is unknown, but if they see this, I would like to credit them, and I will update the description. However, if they want me to remove this mod, I will respectfully comply.
However, if this gets removed through another false flagging, I’ll just reupload it again. The 2024 DMCA purge may have affected me and lots of other GMod creators, but we are not alone, and we are not giving up. I refuse to be silenced like the others who have been as they try to express their feelings and concerns about it. And I will not let this community down. I stand with other creators who want to do something about this, and I want to contribute to the revival efforts. Alright, enough of my rambling.
In lieu of the original addon description (as I was unable to find any information about this addon), I’ll make my own here.
Based off of its original appearance in its original Nintendo 64 counterpart, Super Mario 64 (1996), Peach’s Castle returns to the 2004 sandbox game, Garry’s Mod. This time, however, this version of the map comes directly from the 2004 Nintendo DS remake of Super Mario 64, Super Mario 64 DS, featuring all of the different rooms and areas of the castle, including the Rec Room, and Princess Peach’s room. Additionally, this is the original version of the map that was available prior to the DMCA ordeal last year.
