Since its a old map, in order for the ladders to work this has to be the first map to be played after opening the game. Playing it after another map or restarting it will break the ladder logic.
I greately recomend using the mods i listed to archieve a true Aracnyd invasion or you can just play the map normally editing the flag positions.
Set Eagle to Raven and Raven to Penguin for correct blood colors.
Disable al vehicles and weapons for Penguin and enable bug weapons
