“Good morning, afternoon, evening! Hope you’re having a WAHnderful day!”

There was once an ordinary girl who picked up a strange book and started to gain the power of controlling tentacles. After gaining power, she began to hear Ancient Whispers and Revelations, to which no human can comprehend. Now, she takes on the role of a priestess of the Ancient Ones, alongside her book, aptly named AO-chan, to help attain its goals: w̸̡̹͎̠̉͘ȯ̶̞̬͋̏ͅr̵̳̰̗̱̈́̇͑̀l̵͔̠̹̮̀̅̎̚d̶̘̈́ ̴͎̐d̷̦̉͜͝o̸͇̺̞̙̅̀͊͠ḿ̷̡̹̾̾̉Ḯ̶̙̬̊́͛N̶͓̈́͜À̸̛̭ṱ̷̝̫̏͆͠į̶́o̵͉͇̥̹͗̃̀n̷̨͕̱̕.

Ninomae Ina’nis of hololive English first generation "-Myth-" makes her way into the world of Aether, as a playable character. She uses her long-reaching tentacles in her attacks to hit enemies from afar, as well as leave ink rifts on stage, which explode upon contact.

Several of Ina’s attacks have her summon ink smears on stage. Ink smears will linger onstage for a short while, and explode upon contact with another smear. The explosion hits enemies trapped inside the smear, of which Ina can use as an opportunity to get in, or as a kill confirm.

Neutral SPECIAL – #inART
Ina pulls out a comically large paintbrush and paints an ink smear on stage. Press Forward or Back to change the angle the smear spawns in.

Forward SPECIAL – AO-ter God Blast
Ina fires a slow fireball forward. Charge down before firing summons a faster fireball, which summons an ink smear on hit.

Up SPECIAL – Stagger-Ring Assault
Ina rises upwards, carrying enemies hit by the attack upwards, ending in a ring of blast at its peak. When charged, Ina rises up at a much higher velocity.

Down SPECIAL – #TAKOTIME
Ina summons a Takodachi in front of her. Hitting a Takodachi with Neutral SPECIAL summons a rift at its place, causing an explosion. Hitting a Takodachi with uncharged Forward SPECIAL changes the fireball into its charged variant, which spawns an ink smear on hit. Hitting a Takodachi with charged Forward SPECIAL summons a rift at its place.

Forward STRONG and Up STRONG – Call to Arms
Both STRONGs can be down-charged before executing the input, spawning two rifts, perpendicular to each other, which trigger on hit when hitting an opponent.
