LW Dragoon
This is the Dragoon class from the Shadow Ops Long War overhaul, as a separate class mod. A defensive class, the Dragoon’s signature GREMLIN ability Shield Protocol grants allies damage-absorbing energy shields. Build a Paladin to stand in the front lines absorbing damage with Tank and blowing away cover with a cannon Barrage, or create a Ghost to infiltrate stealthily with Lightfoot and cloak allies with Stealth Protocol.
Squaddie
Haywire Protocol: You may target robotic and mechanical enemies with your GREMLIN, attempting to hack them and seize control.
Intrusion Protocol: Attempt to remotely breach security on a network access point with your GREMLIN.
Shield Protocol: Give a friendly unit an energy shield which will absorb 3/5/7 points of damage. The shield lasts until the end of the mission or until it is destroyed, and also grants poison immunity.
Corporal
Tank: You gain additional Armor points based on your equipped armor.
Scout: Gain one battle scanner use each mission.
Lightfoot: Gain +3 Mobility. You are 20% harder to detect while concealed.
Sergeant
Renewal Protocol: Grants a unit 2 points of HP regeneration every turn, to a maximum of 8/10/12 points. Also stabilizes and revives bleeding out or unconscious units and removes some debuffs.
Advanced Shield Protocol: Shield Protocol no longer costs an action to use.
Stealth Protocol: Give a friendly unit concealment.
Lieutenant
Barrage: Attack all targets in a straight line and damage or destroy cover. Cannon only. Uses 3 ammo. 3 turn cooldown.
Iron Will: Increases Will by 50.
Reverse Engineering: Hacking an enemy unit grants a permanent boost to Hacking score.
Captain
Shields Up: All squad members begin play with an energy shield that will absorb 1/2/3 damage.
Sensor Overlays: All squad members get +10 Crit chance against enemies you can see.
ECM: All squad members are 20% more difficult for enemies to detect while concealed.
Major
Aegis: Shield Protocol also reduces all incoming damage by 33%.
Walk Fire: Take a highly accurate shot with +30 bonus to hit but for half damage and -30 crit. Uses 2 ammo.
Grace: You gain +10 Dodge for each enemy you can see, to a max of +50.
Colonel
Rocketeer: Your heavy weapon gains a bonus use.
Damage Control: After taking damage, gain two armor through the end of the next turn.
Vanish: If you begin your turn with no enemies able to see you, you gain concealment. This effect has a 2 turn cooldown.
Brigadier
Stasis Field: Puts the Dragoon and all nearby units into stasis for one turn. Units in stasis cannot act and are immune to damage. 4 turn cooldown.
Supercharge: All GREMLIN abilities gain an additional charge.
Puppet Protocol: Takes permanent control of an enemy robotic unit. You can only puppet one unit per mission. Using this ability will not break individual concealment if it succeeds.
