All current units receive a level 1 enhancement upgrade, and newly acquired units or unit upgrades will also receive a level 1 enhancement upgrade. All units’ combat experience value +10%, combat power +4, mobility +1, vision +1, and combat power debuffs are reduced 50%, the looting income is doubled, and the owned archaeologists can enter foreign countries without open borders. Must be built on flat grass or plains, close to a barracks area with barracks or stables.
