Additional Cadet Branch Requirements
Adds three new requirements to the decision Create a Cadet Branch:
- Must be a Duke or a Count
- Level of Fame must be at least Distinguished
- Level of Splendor must be at least Insignificant
These requirements can be individually adjusted using three new game rules.
