大幅提速转变宗教、文化、发展度等（Improve the speed of cultural and religious transformation）
-3.25更新修改了bug和备注，现在不会影响电脑了。
增加了快速整合头衔（按内阁的外交能力不减少，基本上提高了10倍）
直接以内阁的技能为增加点，不再效果打折（只对玩家有效，不影响AI）。

原来随便一个转换就要几年的时间，现在只要几个月时间。
因是调用原游戏文件修改，需要放在最上面，不会与其他MOD冲突，但不排除游戏版本更新后出现不相容问题。
想要自己调整的，可以打开MOD文件，搜索“#–”，已经做好备注，可根据自己需要修改。
