Removes the need for factory floors in VFE Mechanoids factories.

Yeah. Okay wait no, you actually caught me this time. I also nerfed the cost of factory floors from 8 to 2 as they are essentially a cosmetic now.

I’m one of those smelly guys that thinks that factories are severely underpowered and not worth investing in. Maybe this’ll help a bit. If you disagree, it’s chill.
