Description:

Purpose:
1.) Returns the Pollution Clean-up colony project by copying an old mod called "Project Clean-up Mod".
2.) Adds a "Housing Development" colony structure, paying homage to the "Housing" colony project from MoO2.
3.) Adds a "Orbital Hotel" colony structure.

Prerequisites:

1.) 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
2.) Unofficial Code Patch
3.) 5X UCP Compatability Mod

Patch Notes and known bugs:

1.) Put the Mods in this order:
– 1.) 5X Ultimate Balance Mod
– 2.) Unofficial Code Patch
– 3.) 5X UCP Compatability Mod
– 4.) Mike’s Civilian Living Mod v1

2.) Pollution Clean up works just as good as it did before!
3.) Couldn’t bring back the "Housing" colony project from MoO2 that converts 100% Production to Population growth. But I was able to make structures that slightly ups population growth, add 1 to the max pop of the planet, and they are stackable. They cap at 4 Housing Development units.
4.) Orbital Hotels are limited to one per system, but ups your empire’s cash flow!
