ARK: Enforcer Nextbot (NPC)

Includes:
- NPC
- Basic ragdoll physics for posing
Features:
- Randomized colours on every spawn.
- Colour of the enforcer can be changed by just using the colour tool.
- All of the enforcers sounds, animations, and etc ported and properly plugged in from ARK.
- The enforcer can do all of its attacks from ARK, including the area-of-effect knockback attack.
- Full possession controls
- AI that will jump after their target if it is out of their reach
Controls:
- Attack1: Left light
- Attack2: Right light
- Attack3: Heavy attack
- Reload: Slash
- Crouch: AoE knockback
- Walk: Alert animation
