Minor epidemics are small
Minor epidemics are too annoying, too frequent and too impactful to be called MINOR and having all 3 parameters at once. PDX, learn the definition of word MINOR.
This mod reduces the minimum scale of plagues to 1 barony, and reduces the maximum roughly 3 times, so enormous number of outbreaks may NEVER leave a duchy-scale territory. They might never leave even a county, which is more appropriate for MINOR term. No more minor plagues "OH GOD PLAGUE SPREAD ON IRRELEVANT BARONY WITHOUT HOLDING IN IT" spam, no more minor plagues covering all your kingdom-tier realm, no more annoyance and frustration from worst gamedesign of decade (subjective opinion of random person in internet.)
Black Death untouched.
Other lvls of plagues untouched. Expect major and apocalyptic plagues to be a BIG problem still.
DLC plagues untouched since legends of the dead is piece of cringe.
Incompatible with other mods changing Consumption, Smallpox and Typhus. Expect one mod overwriting another.
If you want plagues to work as you want, go to steam mods folder, find this mod and see the only file this mod changes. You can change values whatever you want. You can keep it to yourself right in steam mod folder, since this mod will not be updated until new vanilla plagues (which is never, u rly expect PDX to do free content?), or copy to another folder and post if you need to share it. Consider yourself as having any possible permission to copy, change and use this mod whatever you want without crediting me.
