Halo Reach: Evolved Public Beta
Halo: Reach Evolved is a project that’s been ongoing since 2018 when it was an Xbox 360 mod. It brings in certain aspects from the original trilogy of Halo games, edits some of the Campaign encounters with brand new scripted sequences, and alters the weapons and vehicles to give each tool of destruction their own distinct niche, while introducing new ones. The Firefight component has been transformed, featuring an ingame currency system using your Firefight score, which you can use to purchase weapon crates, base upgrades, armor abilities, and much more!
This is the public beta, featuring the ONI Sword Base Campaign mission, followed by the Firefight maps Installation 04 and Unearthed. When the mod is out of beta, the rest of the Campaign will be available, and new Firefight maps will be released when they’re ready.

Known issues:
-Sentinel Beam FP markers are a bit wonky regarding the overlay animations.
-Sentinels will sometimes get stuck on the ground.
-Certain HUD elements for the new weapons are placeholder.
-This build is largely untested for co-op, especially for lobbies with players very far away from each other. There will likely be issues with syncing.
-Mauler reload sound will sometimes not play.
-Activating certain armor abilities, then pressing the AA key again while it’s being used, will cancel it out.
-Certain effects won’t play in FF co-op.
-Generator Defense and Firefight VS are currently not supported, but will be in the future.
