Downfall – 2140

Humanity has torn itself unsunder, the ash of nuclear warfare still plague the surface, though as a new century progresses, we have reclaimed much of what was lost. Now, empires new and old march to restore the old order, or perhaps establish a new order. Will humanity rebound from it’s greatest tragedy and the old order triumph. Or will new nations be birthed from the rumble, and a new chapter begin.
Author’s note: Holy. After up to a hundred hours of research, taking suggestions, and making things up (but mostly researching). I present my biggest map I’ve ever created, and maybe one of, if not the largest alt history maps I’ve seen on this workshop. I started this map over a year ago and only recently did I realize how massive of an undertaking this would be. originally I planned to fill this entire map but in doing so I sacrificed my motivation and enjoyment of the game, so I had to concede slightly and dial down my ambition, as there’s no way I would’ve ever finished this had I tried to fill up the entire map. Lastly, I want to thank all those who’ve suggested nations or otherwise helped on this map, I couldn’t have done this without help!
